I clearly remember when I was still a kid, how happy I am whenever my mother will tell me that my lola (grandmother) from US  sent us a balikbayan box. She usually send the "magic box" once a year and usually it's during Christmas season (December). My lola is so thoughtful that even having a big number of family members, she made sure that everyone have his/her own share from her itsy-bitsy box of packages. A block of Hershey's chocolates or even a single packet of M&M's would make our heart jump for joy. How I miss those blissful moments, it is one of our family 's bonding time during those days. And fast forward to today, now it's my turn to send them one. I am ready to fill that "magic box" so it can also give joy to my love ones back in the Philippines. :)

I am so hoping that my filed vacation leave will get approval without questions from my boss.

I want to have a time away from work, from stressful everyday 8-hours work schedule.

Wingardium Leviosa!!!

In my mind I have chanted for several times, "Wingardium Leviosa" (wing-gar-dee-əm lev-ee-oh-sə ), the levitation charm in the Harry Potter series, and Hola they're here in Singapore! Hahaha! See? I 'm quite magical just like the normal wizards! Lol. And just so you know, besides from being a vampire, I wish to be a wizard too! Hahaha! Someday, I know, someday! Hahaha! :)

Since last June 2, Harry Potter Exhibition was brought here in Singapore, and the said gallery of costumes, props and almost all of what you have seen in the past 8 HP films were housed at the ArtScience Museum at Marina Bay Sands which will last until end September 2012.

There's only a limited number of person that can go in at a given time so better to book your tickets online. But for those (like us) who would want to avail discounts (for Singapore residents only), you need to queue personally for the tickets and show your IC. For ticket prices, go here.

I'm a fan of HP, and for all people know, I wouldn't miss this one. And with all the powers I have, I managed to ask 4 more people to come and accompany me with the exhibit.

I so wish that I can share you all things that we've seen inside. It's the real show 'ya know? But unfortunately, all the artifacts and wizarding props that were on display can't be photographed. 

Too bad, I know. I felt that too. :(

But nevertheless, I'm just so happy that I've seen them again. Not in real but well, sort of.

Just last weekends, finally we moved out. Well as for my case, it’s my 3^rd time to do so in my 1 year stay here in Sg. Hahaha! I feel like an NPA individual (no permanent address) But this time around,  we have signed a 2 year contract with our present address. Living here in Singapore is quite a feat as day comes by. Expensive units, expensive food, almost everything is expensive! Well, that’s what you expect from a 1^st world country, right?

Housemates said we’ll be having our house warming party by 18^th of this month. Yay! Party! J
