Stirring Strings

I remembered sometime last year, I fervently asked my youngest brother to teach me how to play guitar. Because it dawned on me that I really don't know how to play ANY instrument. So pity me for that. When I was younger (Oh, and I'm pretty much real young then), my mama wish me to learn piano. She even volunteered herself as my mentor. But I declined, mainly because I'm usually busy with school stuffs then. But now, of course, it is one of my piling regrets in life... So as of the moment, I just content myself listening to people who are good at it.... Like these two videos below. Btw, I would love to learn how to play violin too!

Let the HUNGER GAMES begin!

So tomorrow we decided to catch the first playdate of Suzanne Collin's first novel in her The Hunger Games Trilogy. Excited to see how they will portray Katniss Everdeen (Jennifer Lawrence) and Peeta Mellark (Josh Hutcherson), tributes of District 12, as they battle out the hunger games.

I'm missing KL...

Almost 3months had passed, and I feel of wanting to go back and experience again a day or 2 at Bukit Bintang. I want to have a repeat on my hunt down moments of good deals at Berjaya TimeSquare; I want to climb up again those steeps steps of Gombak; Given a chance I'll eat up whatever food I'll encounter at Jalan Alor, swear! Oh, I miss KL!:(

I love all colors of 'em! Fireworks!

Recently, just before my 10 days leave exhaust, me,carole and my hs friends paid a visit at MOA and have watched the 3rd Philippine International Pyromusical Competition. And it was just awesome! I love all the colors while they paint the dark night sky. Armed with my humble Olympus VG-110, I tried to capture all of 'em. See below for my sightings that night. :)
